The ART MOSH München

Nixon is pleased to announce the next installment of The Nixon ART MOSH European Tour in Munich on Sunday 6th and Monday 7th of February 2011. In partnership with ISPO and Factory Media.

Nixon ART MOSH is a melting pot of some of the freshest talent in contemporary art and music. It is a series of Pop Up exhibitions, show- casing international artists, designers, photographers and musicians.

First launched in Nixon’s hometown of Encinitas in 2007, featuring works from Nixon team riders, friends and family, Nixon Art Mosh has already traveled to London, Paris, New York, Vancouver, Dublin, Singapore, San Diego and is scheduled to land in Munich and will feature some of the most innovative and original cutting edge artists.

The ART MOSH Munich will showcase work from a cherry-picked selection of international artists including Richie Culver, Kelsey Brooke, Niall O’Brien, Alexander James, Morgan Slade, Yoskay Yamamoto, Andrew Hem, Faith 47, Giles Curties AKA Horn-Head, Neil Ayling, Case, Dan Baldwin, Anton Unai, Jaybo Monk, Herakut, Pisa 73, Stefan Strumbel and Wolfgang Krell.
Andreas Muller and Thomas Traum will push the boundaries of technological innovation and expression as well as Tomomi Sayuda with their digital installations. We also have collaborating Falk and Jaybo on live painting as well as Anton Unai sponsored by Montana Cans Germany.

With talents also from the board sports world Patrick Armbruster, Axel Pauporte, Mike Blablac and art work from Yes snowboards also featur- ing Nixon Ltd. watches made of art work and board graphics from
Nixon athletes such as Tony Hawk, Danny Way, Bob Burnquist, Colin Mckay, Ryan Sheckler and Paul Rodriguez.

ART MOSH Munich will feature music by I Blame Coco playing with Age Salajoe, Arveene (Bang Gang/ Plant) one of Ireland’s most respected and versatile DJ. Lod "the new kid on the block from Paris" and Dj E.A.S.E - Nightmares on wax,Wax on records from Ibiza.
